HUGH EVANS (Co-Founder, CEO)
Hugh is an internationally renowned development advocate. Hugh founded the Oaktree Foundation and was a leader in the Australian Make Poverty History campaign. Hugh was named 2004 Young Australian of the Year and 2005 Junior Chambers Young Person of the World. Hugh holds a law and science degree and has completed a Masters in International Relations at the University of Cambridge, UK. |

SIMON MOSS (Co-Founder, COO)
Simon is a campaigning and community education expert. He has contributed on development issues at some of the world's leading conferences including the G20, the World Economic Forum and the Clinton Global Initiative. He holds a Masters in Development Studies (Honours), and was previously Chief Operations Officer at the Oaktree Foundation.

MICHAEL TRAINER (U.S. Country Director)
Michael is an educator and social entrepreneur focused on building movements for social impact. As a Fulbright Scholar he studied community building strategies in Sri Lanka, where he lived and researched for two years. As a member of the Board of Directors of Sarvodaya USA Michael worked intimately with the Sri Lanka's largest social movement and NGO, Sarvodaya, serving 11 million people across 15,000 villages. Since that time he has traveled and worked to build global movements; from creating a comprehensive photography catalogue for Nobel Peace prize winner Wangari Maathai’s Greenbelt movement in Kenya, to interviewing and producing a global webcast of President Carter at the Carter Center in Atlanta, Michael has been fortunate enough to travel and work with great visionaries and in support of groundbreaking organizations like Acumen Fund, charity: water, Pencils of Promise, and the Summit Series. A graduate fellow at Columbia University, Michael has a Masters degree in International Development. |

DEBORRA-LEE FURNESS (Honorary Chairperson)
Deborra-Lee is an internationally acclaimed actress as well as a passionate supporter of children and defender of their human rights across the globe. A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York, Deborra-lee has won Best Actress awards and has appeared in many movies, on television and on stage. Deborra-lee’s humanitarian work for children is a driving force in her life. In 2005, she co-founded the Rafiki Society which assists orphanages in Africa. She is the patron of The Lighthouse Foundation, Bone Marrow Donor Institute, and International Adoption Families of Queensland. In 2007, Deborra-lee founded Orphan Angels a child advocacy foundation improving adoption programs. In recognition of her work, Deborra-lee serves as a World Vision ambassador, was honored at the World Wide Orphans Gala, and was the recipient of the Charity/Community Award for Australia’s In Style magazine. |

ANTHONY GORDON (Advisor)
Anthony is the CIO and director of asset allocation at Gordon Family Office. Using pure rare independent open architecture and drawing on widespread information and sourcing flow to achieve clarity and efficient opportunities in asset allocation, Anthony has been a leader in sourcing, creating and implementing transformational changes in several ventures. GFO independence allows the utilization of proven investment firms, managers and funds to provide a vast amount of information and research to source and implement the most elegant, lyrical and efficient opportunities. Anthony attended the University of Cape Town, managed the Media Centre and Officers Training in the South African Navy, and practiced as a commercial photographer and director for over 15 years. He is a member of the Milken Institute Global Capital Markets Advisory Council and the Investment Advisory Board at Catalyst Financial Partners. |
